Rifkind, a distinguished na- tional Jewish leader who plays an active role in the American Jewish Committee, governing board of the Jewish Theological Seminary and other movements, re- jected the claims of defend- ers of Julius and Ethel Ros- enb Ht. expressed the view that their guilt was firmly estab- iished and that the court ver- dict was "untainted."
