Danish Foreign Minister Ove
Guldberg will make official
visits to Egypt and Israel

The government has offi-

Later in the year, probably
sometime in the fall, Guld-

Fisher stated after the con-
ference that the meetings
were wholesome, that there
was a reassurance of unin-
terrupted U. S. aid for Israel
and that the President will
discuss the issue of emigra-
tion of Jews from the USSR
with the Russian leaders.
Fisher expressed the hope
that an accord on the Rus-
sian emigration problem and
detente can be reached be-
tween Dr. Kissinger and
Senator Henry M. Jackson.
"We have hopes that the
President's visit may result
in the granting of more visas
for an increased Jewish emi-
gration from Russia," Fisher
said.

IS THE BUY

Dr. Norman Rosenzweig, left, is seen here with the

gold award winning exhibit of Detroit Sinai Hospital's de-

partment of psychiatry at the American Psychiatric Asso-
ciation's annual convention held at Cobo Hall last week.
Dr. Rosenzweig, chairman of the department, was named
President-elect of the Michigan Psychiatric Society. At the
right is Dr. Dean P. Carron, of Ann Arbor, the
MPS's president for 19'74-75. Sinai's prize-winning exhibit
theme, "Adventures in Preventive Psychiatry", applies to
the work of the psychiatric department's problems of Daily
Living Clinic, which provides conseling and educative serv-
ices regarding marital problems, child management, adult
development and habit problems, and other types of tran-
sitional crises encountered in every day life.

PERHAPS YOU THINK
OF WARREN AS
A FOREIGN COUNTRY.
GOOD.

In fact, you probably feel the same way
about Utica. That's good, too. Because when you
visit Warren and Utica, you can do just what you
go to any foreign country to do: shop for
handsome, men's clothes that weren't made in
America. Van Dyke Clothiers and the Next Door
shops are full of them. In fact, we think the
Europeans and Canadians design and tailor their
clothing so well that we go all the way to Europe
and Canada for almost every piece of clothing we
sell. So you won't have to. All you have to do is
come to some nice little foreign country close to
home. Like Warren.

Israel 'Housing
Costs Still Soaring

TEL AVIV (ZINS) — The
cost of a Tel Aviv apartment
is astronomical as prices for
new flats reached the IL 100,-
000 (•bout $25,000) mark. A
two-room apartment on
Frishman St. is quoted at
IL 200,000 (nearly $50,000)
and in the vicinity of Weiz-
marm St. a four-room flat is
tagged at IL 400,000 (almost
$100,000).
As pace-setter the Tel
Aviv market sets the tone
for other parts of the coun-
try. A three-room flat in
Herzliya sells for IL 160,000,
while a four-room dwelling
in Holon sells for a mere IL
260,000. In Rishon l'Zion, a
relatively inexpensive area,
the cost of a three-room flat
is now IL 150;000. In spite of
these prohibitive prices, the
demand for new housing is
strong and steady, even
though Israelis still fear
greater inflation.
Builders are in no hurry
to dispose of their real estate.
According to one contractor,
"Within two years every
home-owner will be a mil-
lionaire."
