At the annual meeting of JFCS, Mrs. Joseph H. Jackier, president, and Sam- uel Lerner, executive direc- tor, will give annual reports. There will be special em- phasis on programs and agency activities concerning the problem of poverty in the Jewish community. Amendments to the bylaws and articles of incorporation of JFCS will be presented by the bylaws revision commit- tee, chaired by Mrs. Charles B. Lakoff. Nominations of new board members, officers and nom- inating committee chairman for 1974-5 will be presented by Mrs. N. Brewster Broder, chairman of the JFCS nom- inating committee. Dr. Max B.
