NY Salute to Israel Heidelberg to Have Parade Set for June 9 Jewish Seminary NEW YORK (JTA) — The 10th annual Salute to Israel Parade, along Fifth Avenue from 57th to 86th St., will celebrate Israel's 26th anni- versary on June 9. More than 300,000 specta- tors are expected to join over 75,000 youthful marchers to pay tribute to the Jewish state as this year's parade theme highlights "Shalom Al Yisrael." BONN (JTA) — A Jewish theological institute is to be opened in Heidelberg. It will train rabbis, Jewish religious teachers, and choir-directors for all the German-speaking and Scandinavian countries. The institute's constituent meeting' is to be held soon, and courses will begin in the summer of 1975.
