dora Horowitz will perform.
While living in Israel for
several years, she was per-
manent soloist with the Is-
rael Broadcasting Symphony
Orchestra and a member of
the piano faculty of the Ru-
bin Academy of Music in
Jerusalem. In 1969 she came
to the U.S. and to the Uni-
versity of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill, where she re-
ceived her master of music
degree in 1973. A teacher at
the university, she has given
recitals throughout the coun-
try.

MUSIC STUDY CLUB OF
METROPOLITAN DETROIT

Members of the committee planning the 28th annual
meeting of the women's division of the Jewish Welfare
Federation met to "personalize" invitations to members
with whom they had worked during last fall's emergency
campaign. The meeting, set for 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at
Temple Beth El, will include election of officers, the 1974
campaign report and entertainment by Norma Goldenberg
and Abraham Ben-Zev, members of Detroit's Israel En-
semble. Shown at the planning session are, from left, Mes-
