President of UAHC Sees U.S• Jewry Overwhelmingly for Impeachment

— The majority of American
Jews favor congressional im-
peachment proceedings
against President Nixon to
resolve the crisis of Water-
gate, although national Jew-
ish institutions, anxious about
American - 'Israel relations,
still move cautiously on the
issue, Rabbi Alexander M.
Schindler, 'president of the
Union of American Hebrew
Congregations, told delegates
from 109 Reform synagogues
in the New York area.

Stern College for Women.
According to Dean David
Mirsky, the program is open
to transfer students with
sophomore standing or
above, including those hold-
ing a bachelor of arts degree.
Programs of study will be
individualized to the students'
interests and background, al-
lowing a choice of more than
60 Jewish studies courses
which are offered at Stern
