troit-Northwest Social Secur-
ity Office said any social
security beneficiary who
earned more than $2,100 or
had any of his checks with-
held in 1973 must file an an-
nual report with the Social
Security Administration be-
fore April 15, 1974. Failure
to file the report can result
in a penalty of up to three
months loss of social security
benefits.
