Task Force Set Up to Find Foster Homes NEW YORK (JTA)—Rabbi Isaac N. Trainin, chairman of the Commission on Syna- gogue Relations of the Fed- eration • of Jewish Philan- thropies, said that it had set up a special task force to help the Jewish Child Care Association find foster homes for children — particularly physically handicaped, emo- tionally disturbed and inter- racial youngsters.
