Detroit to Host Region of Welfare Federation Women will spend most of the day evaluating campaign pro- cedures used in the drive which followed the Yom Kippur War. There also will be working sessions to discuss educa- tional programs in the com- munities represented. These local programs, designed to keep women informed about Jewish matters, are insti- tutes, seminars, study groups and leadership classes. Included in the meeting's agenda, according to Mrs. Brandwine, will be a discus- sion of how to best utilize the time set aside for women's division meetings at the CJFWF's annual gen- eral assembly. This is the first time De- troit has hosted the Midwest regional meeting, said Mrs. Leaders from 12 communi- ties in the West, Midwest and Canada, will be the guests of the women's division of De- troit's Jewish Welfare Fed- eration when they attend an annual subcommittee meet- ing on communal conference Wednesday at the Butzel Building.
