It's money. A serious problem with which these local Federation agency
presidents must struggle frequently.
They often find more which their agencies could do . . . if they had the
money. Money for extra personnel, for more programming, for the rising cost
of services.
Won't you help the local Federation agencies maintain their budgets and
even expand their programs . . . important programs in the fields of educa-
tion, recreation, social welfare, community relations, helath . . . by contributing
to the 1974 AJC-IEF?
Our work with our youth, with the dependent, with the Jewish elderly must
continue. A vital local community, one with adequate services for strengthen-
ing of the quality of Jewish life, is essential.
It helps guarantee our survival as Jews.
