Edison Plans 'Queen
of Kitchen' Contest

Recipes are being accepted
for Detroit Edison's annual
Queen of the Kitchen Contest
for southeastern Michigan's
working women. Ten finalists
will be announced April 11,
and will participate in a cook-
off April 24.
Entrants may submit a
recipe by March 31 for a
main dish which can be
cooked in one hour or less.
Entries must include name,
address, place of employ-
ment and telephone number,
and may be sent to Queen of
the Kitchen Contest, 2000

2 lbs. red snapper, cut into 6
serving pieces
1 tsp. salt
dash -pepper
2 tbsp. orange juice

1 tsp. grated orange rind
3 tbsps. oil
nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine salt, pepper, orange
juice, rind and oil. Place fish
pieces in a single, layer in an
oiled pan, and pour sauce on top
of fish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and
bake 20 to 30 minutes. YIELD: 6
servings.
