Violinist to Perform for Cranbrook Guild

Cranbrook Music Guild will
present a concert featuring
violinist Rochelle Abramson
8:30 p.m. Feb. 12 at Cran-
brook House. There will be
an afterglow to meet the
artists.
Miss Abramson, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Seymour
Abramson of Marimoor Ave.,
Southfield, was the national
winner of the 1973 Federa-
tion of Music Clubs Award.
The recipient of many
awards and scholarships,

Miss Abramson is studying
at the Juilliard School of
Music in New York, under
the direction of Dorothy De-
Lay and Nathan Milstein.
She is a former student of
Mischa Mischakoff, and pre-
sented a recital last month at
Lincoln Center. Miss Abram-
son was graduated from the
University of Michigan as an
honor student in violin per-
formance.
