Ernest Citron will be master of ceremonies. Irving Bunim, author of "Ethics From Sinai," will speak, Dr. Arnold Eisenman, chairman of the sponsors committee, announced. Bu- nim is a pioneer of many national movements, such as Young Israel and Torah Umesorah. Rabbi Kotler has stressed that the survival of the Jew- ish nation depended on its spiritual strength. Rosh Yeshiva From Petah Tikva Due at Oak-Woods Young Israel Rav L e i z e r Ozer, rosh yeshiva of Lomza in Petah Tikva, will be guest speaker at Young Israel of Oak-Woods services 9 a.m. Saturday. The Yeshiva of Lomza, first European institution to create a branch in Eretz Yisrael, was established there in 1926 by the late Rav Yehiel Mor- decai Gordon. Originally a moshav, Petah Tikva is a suburb of Tel Aviv, boasting thousands of students who received their training at the Yeshiva since the mid-20's. The founder was an uncle of Rabbi James I. Gordon of Oak-Woods. The congregation will hold its semiannual general mem- bership meeting 8 p.m. Jan- uary 30.
