Aliens Reminded to Give Addresses

Detroit office of the Michigan
Immigration and Naturaliza-
tion Service (INS) reminds
all aliens to report their ad-
dresses during January.
Cards with which to make
the reports are available at
post offices and offices of the

The reports should be filled
n and signed, a postage
stamp placed on the reverse
side, and dropped in any
mail box.
Parents or guardians may
submit reports for alien chil-
dren under 14 years of age.
Failure to report may lead to
serious penalties.
Issuance of a Social Secur-
ity account card to an alien
is not evidence of permission
to work in the U.S. Only
those aliens lawfully admitted
to the U.S. for permanent
residence (immigrants) and
those aliens temporarily in
the U . S . (nonimmigrants)

beautiful synagogues and
social halls also located
in the suburbs, that much of
the entertainment arranged
by the various social and .re-
ligious groups is presented
at downtown Detroit audi-
toriums?
The millions of dollars
needed to build these beauti-
ful halls was given by the
people in hopes of providing
places of worship, and enter-
tainment close to home, yet
the people and their needs
are over-looked when the ac-
tivities are scheduled in a
location that is now outdated
and not as easily accessible
to most of the people.
