Kosher Dinners at Holiday Inns

Holiday Inns of America,
the world's largest motel
chain, announced that kosher
dinners are now available in
160 company operated Holi-
day Inns through the U. S.
including Hawaii.. Meals are
also offered in Mexico and
the Carribean.
By agreement with
Schreiber Caterers of New
York, the (U) approved
meals will be served upon
request by the Holiday Inns.
Six separate meat meals are
available in the initial serv-
ice.

Creative Party Planning

In making the announce-
ment, Sam Ward, director of
food and beverage quality
control of Holiday Inns,
noted that franchised inns
throughout the world will
soon provide this desired ac-
commodation for travelers
who desire kosher gourmet
foods.
Arrangements for this com-
bined project were made by
Gold and Seiger Development
Co., of Memphis, Tenn.,
which has the exclusive
rights to this arrangement.
Memphis is the home office
of Holiday Inns. Kemmons
Wilson is chairman of the
board of Holiday Inns.
