Golda as the
Most Admired
PRINCETON—The woman
most admired by the Amer-
ican people, according to the
Gallup Poll, is Israel Prime
Minister Golda Meir. She won
more than twice as many
votes as the runner-up, Pat
Nixon.
Last year, the roles were
reversed, but she has been
among the top 10 "Most Ad-
mired Women" for five suc-
cessive years and in 1971 was
also number one.
Honorable mentions (not
the top 10) went to, among
others, Bella Abzug, Ann
Landers, Bess Myerson and
Gloria Steinem.

will be honored at a family dinner on the occasion of their
50th wedding anniversary. Mr. Aaron married the former
Minnie Lebowitz Dec. 30, 1923 at Cong. Bnai Moshe. The
Aarons have three children, Richard, Dennis and Mrs.
Herbert Bez; and seven grandchildren.
James J. Levbarg, educational director at Temple Beth
El, is attending the 19th annual conference of the National
Association of Temple Educators, in San Diego's Del Cor-
onado Hotel. The conference, whose theme is "Humanistic
Values in Jewish Education," features workships and sem-
inars. Levbarg is past president of the National Association
of Temple Educators and serves as chairman of the pension
committee.
U. S. post offices again
will cooperate with the Im-
migration and Naturalization
Service in assisting all aliens
to comply with the annual
alien address report require-
ments, Postmaster Edward
L. Baker announced.
Under the 1952 Immigra-
tion and Nationality Act,
each alien who is in the
United States on Jan. 1, 1974
will be required to report his
current address to the Immi-
gration and Naturalization
Service duding that month.
Alien address report cards
will be available at all sta-
tions and branches of the
Detroit Post Office Jan. 2-31.
When the alien completes the
form he may affix postage
on the card and hand it to
the window clerk or mail it
to the Immigration and
Naturalization Service.

Service, it was announced by
Raymond Epstein, CJF pres-
ident.
The committee, composed
of women communal leaders
from more than 90 cities in
the United States and Can-
ada, in 1973 assisted women's
divisions of community Fed-
erations and Welfare Funds
in raising more than $42,000,-
000 for social welfare needs
at home, in Israel and else-
where overseas.
