Alfred L. Deutsch, UJC president, will give the annual report of the organi- zation. Samuel Schiff, co- chairman of the JWF-UJC endowment committee, will report on that group's activ- ities. The business meeting will also include the election of new officers. The nominating committee is headed by George M. Zeltzer. The JWF board of gover- nors meeting will take place during the course of the eve- ning. President Mandell L. Berman will present Federa- tion's young leadership awards to Dr. Conrad L. Giles, Mrs. Burton Mahler and Robert NI. Rubin. Rubin, immediate past president of the junior di- vision of the Jewish Welfare Federation. is the recipient of the JWF William H. Boesky Young Leadership Award, Berman announced. The award, established in 1966, annually honors a junior division member for outstand- ing leadership.
