Pillar Rock Salmon
for Company, Solo

Pillar Rock quality Blue-
back red salmon can be
eaten right out of the can for
lunch—set on a bed of_salad
greens with perhaps a gar-
nish of lemon quarters.
But Pillar Rock red salmon
is good, too, in a fancy salad,
mousse, or baked dish.
Another way to serve Pillar
Rock is mixed in with
scrambled eggs—for a late
holiday breakfast or hearty
holiday brunch.
The high protein content
helps to satisfy nutrition
needs, but the low calorie
count, is also a dieter's de-
light.
It carries (U) kosher certi-
fication.

Freeze-Dried Maxim
Like Fresh Perked

For holiday guests who in-
sist they can't drink coffee

unless it's freshly perked,
there's freeze-dried Maxim
with the taste of fresh-brewed
percolator coffee.
Maxim is actually perco-
lated coffee that is fast-
frozen the instant it's fully
perked — The fresh coffee
flavor captured at its peak.
These chunks of freeze-dried-
coffee are "activated" the in-
stant boiling water is poured
over them.
