Stir in onions and potatoes. Cook, stirring a few times, until onions are partially cooked. Mix in the next five ingredients listed abOve. Flatten mixture in a pan until it is an even layer. Make four depressions with a spoon. Spoon in one tablespoon of cat- sup into each depression and then drop an egg into each de- pression over the catsup. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with parsley. Makes four servings. THE DETROIT JEWISH NEWS A Christian woman in Fort Lauderdale who lives on So- cial Security in an apartment building for senior citizens has sent $2 to friends in De- troit, asking that it be for- warded to Israel. Winifred M. Wood, a widow in her late 70s who has boen in ill health, sent the money to Joe and Rita Kasmer Grand Ave., friends since they met in Florida two years ago. Mrs. Kasmer said that Mrs. Wood, a World War IT nurse "who scrapes the bot- tom just to get along," wrote that "she can't sleep nights just thinking what the poor iqrAelis go through to stay alive." Mrs. Kasmer said the money would go to the Israel Emergency Fund.
