Banana Cake

1 2/3 cup sugar
2 /3 cup cooking oil
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
11/4 tsp. baking powder
11/2 tsp. baking soda
1 /2 tsp. almond extract
Vs cup non-dairy liquid) coffee
creamer
4 medium-sized bananas (well
mashed)
Mix oil, sugar and eggs well.
Add remaining ingredients ex-
cept bananas until well blended.
Then blend bananas. Bake in well
greased 12-cup Sundt pan at 350
degrees for 50 minutes.
