GRONKOWSKI

TREASURER CITY OF SOUTHFIEL

LEONARD TEICHER FOR MAYOR

Southfield District Court

Married — Father of three

Treasurer: Southfield School Board-
1971-73

• Gronkowski has a record of achievement. He has helped to increase
the bond rating of Southfield from BBB to AA. This resulted in in-
terest savings of $575,000 on bond issues totaling $11,590,000
since he took office.

Precinct Delegate

Governing Board: Jewish Parents
Institute

Delegate: Oakland County School
Board Assn. 1972-73

Chairman: Southfield Parent-Youth
Guidance Commission 1970-71

Member: Legan Aid Committee,

Practicing Attorney

• During each year of his last term as Treasurer, Gronkowski has
earned over $1,000,000 for the City, helping to prevent the reduc-
tion of city services or raising additional taxes.

• These accomplishments and more have been made without an in-
crease of personnel in the Treasurer's office for six consecutive
years despite tremendously increased work load and during a period
when the assessed valuation alone has gone up more than 40% in
the past four years.
