I have a hard time meet-1
ing people and getting across
to them. Someone I work
with had the same problem
and got a lot of help from an
encounter group. I was
thinking of trying this, but
lately I have been reading in
the newspapers how certain
groups are bad for people.
What do you think?
—M. L.
Dear M. L.:
A group experience might
be very good for you. There
is no none form of therapy
which solves everyone's
problems. The Jewish Fam-
ily and Children's Service
can help you evaluate what
form of therapy would be
most helpful to you and will
provide this for you or will
refer you to the appropriate
place.
