In this show, the 70-year- old artist reflects on land- scape and nature in the world around her, through the use of acrylic paint and gold and silver leaf collage applied to canvas. She also works with an aluminum background. Her works hang in more than 500 private collections, as well as important corpor- t x, ate collections. Or VeShalom in Atlanta, Mati Ronen, execu- tive director of the American Sephardi Federation, said. "The convention," said Ronen, "will be devoted to defining the ways in which we can best implement the objective of the youth di- vision." These objectives, according to Ronen, include strength- ening the unity of Sephardic Jewry in America and Is- rael, and strengthening and preserving the Sephardic heritage, tradition and cul- ture here and throughout the wor ld.
