to uncover and empty boxes
that have been lying neglect-
ed or apparently forgotten
on shelves and windowsills.
Whereabouts of any "for-
gotten" boxes should be re-
ported to the JNF office,
968-0820, so clearance ar-
rangements can be made.
Organizations involved in
the clearance include Women
of JNF, Young Women of
JNF, Hadassah, Northwest
Child Rescue, Pioneer Wom-
en and the Fanny Gluck and
Sisters of Zion Chapters- of
Mizrachi. Members of vari-
ous youth organizations also
will take part.

The president of Bnai Rrith
Women District 6, Mrs. Cole-
man Gertler of Milwaukee,
will be keynote speaker at
the BBW Fall Festival and
champagne brunch 10:30
a.m.-3 p.m. Thursday at Adat
Shalom Synagogue.
Mrs. Robert Ellis and Mrs.
Maynard Kalef, membership
and continuity chairmen for
the Bnai Brith Women'
Council of Metropolitan De-
troit, are in charge of plan-
ning for the event.
Mrs. Gertler is the founder
of "Operation Stork," a pro-
gram of prenatal rare- for
underprivileged women. This
project has since been
adopted as a national prb-
gram by the March of Dimes,
on whose board Mrs. Gertler

and a demonstration of extra-,
sensory perception by men-
talist, Karrell Fox, as well
as prizes. Tickets are avail-
able through BBW chapters
or by calling the chairmen,
Mrs. Kalef, 557-7935, or Mrs.
Ellis, 355-4072.

of the BBW Council, invites
all Bnai Brith women to the
Fall Festival.
Tickets include admission
to boutiques, flea market and
fashion show in the morning;
champagne brunch at noon;
