"BEAUTY IS IN THE
EYE OF THE BEHOLDER"

This open letter to members of the Jewish community is an
attempt on our part to explain what we at Temple Kol Ami mean by
the above quote, and why.
The why is quite simple; we want a few more families to fill
our allowed membership of 300. The 300-family limit fits our con-
cepts of beauty. The beauty of being a family, of being friends with
fellow members. Of having open and easy communication between
members and between members and our Rabbi.
Beauty is having a Rabbi who is truly a teacher, who is
our friend.
Beauty is a Rabbi who can communicate with our kids, teach
them, have them like learning.
Beauty is also our Rabbi playing baseball with our kids at our
annual picnic.
Beauty will be our new building, not in what it costs, but in
the deeds and actions of the people who come to it to worship.
Beauty is the work and dedication of the members and their
enjoyment of it.
Beauty is also the fun we have at parties, bowling, gourmet
dinners and so forth.
As we said, we need a few more beautiful people who behold
beauty as we do.
If you'd like to know more about us, give us a call.

We'd love to have you join us.
