Olive Traxler Linx, In-Law of Editor Olive Ruth (Traxler) Linx, manager of the Silver Hat Shop, a downtown millinery store for 30 years, died Aug. 3 at age 82. She had retired several years ago. Over the years, she had been active in Temple Beth El. The mother-in-law of Wil- liam Ross, publisher of the Dearborn Guide, Mrs. Linx lived in the Belcrest Hotel. A native of Port Huron, she lived most of her life in De- troit.
