Mrs. Edward G. Robinson Gives Boost to Israeli Fashion Showing

Mrs. Edward G. Robinson, in her first appearance as a
speaker in behalf of the women's division of Israel Bonds,
was greeted by some '75 sponsors and trustees who pur-
chased $125,000 in Bonds, at the home of Mrs. Henry Dorf-
man. This luncheon was in behalf of the forthcoming fashion
show sponsored by the women's division. Shown with Mrs.
Robinson are, from left, Mrs. Douglas A. Shubot, fashion
chow chairman; Mrs. Morris J. Brandwine, president of the
wish Welfare Federation's women's division; Mrs. Max
,tollman, who will be honored at the fashion show; Mrs.
Robinson; Mrs. Morris Adler, fashion show commentator;
Mrs. Henry Dorfman, hostess for the luncheon; and her
sister, Mrs. Allen Charlupski, co-chairman of the 25th an-
