Bnai Brith Women invites
all Flint women to attend
the paid-up membership
luncheon 12:30 p.m. Tuesday
at Temple Beth El. The
luncheon is free to paid-up

members; guests and new
members are welcome. Dues
can be paid at the door.
Lunch will be prepared by
Mrs. John Fleming, and Mrs.
A. Richard Benison is in
charge of decorations. Games
are planned. There will be a
baby sitter in attendance.

dinner-dance June 10 at the
Country Squire Restaurant,

Michigan council plaque for
outstanding service and Bnai
Brith past president's ring;
to Hy Klein, the Morris Gold
Trophy for outstanding serv-
ice to Bnai Brith Lodge 656;
to Frank Friedman, plaque
for outstanding service as
program director and pub-
licity chairman; to Nate
Baum, a plaque for 25 years
of service to Bnai Brith; to
Irving Simen, a past presi-
dent's pin and ring; and to
Robert Leonard, Genesee
County prosecuting attorney,
the Citizen of the Year

Rabin left his native Russia
to settle in America. Over
the years, in Flint, he lost
all contact with his family.

Bnai Israel, Saginaw. Rabbi
Harry Goldwater, Cantor

ficiated.
The bride is the daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Frank
Martin Polasky of Saginaw.
Parents of the bridegroom
are Mrs. Maurice Pike of
Saginaw and the late Dr.
Pike.
The bride wore a silk or-
ganza gown appliqued in rose
pointe lace with a scalloped
mantilla of matching lace.
She carried a Flemish bou-
quet in a silver filigree
bouquet holder.

Clarendon Hills, Ill., April

letters crossed the Atlantic
as relatives on both sides of
the Iron Curtain rediscover-

completed for Eva and Jacob
Rabin, together with their
son-in-law, Dr. Abner Ra-
gins, to journey to Moscow
for the reunion.
Rabin described the re-
union as a mixture of tears
and laughter in a small but
comfortable apartment in
suburban Moscow. For two
weeks, the families recount-
ed their 60 years apart.
One of the climactic mo-
ments came on the Sabbath
when Rabin and Dr. Ragins
were honored with an aliya
at the Moscow Central Syna-
