Watergate Overshadows
UN Debate on Mid East

Sources in Israel said that
the Security Council debate
on the Middle East has
turned into an anti-climax af-

Watergate hearings and So-

visit to Washington.
The sources said the de-
bate was expected to recess
shortly and that its end
would come none too soon.

Israelis Devise New Methods of Desalination

TEL AVIV — Two new
