With Standard Federal's Check-A-Month, 6% certificate account you can receive a check by
mail 12 times a year for the amount of interest your savings have earned ... As an example:
If you deposit $20,000 in a 6% two-year Check-A-Month Certificate Account, you will get a
check each and every month for $100 from Standard Federal. The chart shows you what
your monthly check will be for accounts from $5,000 to $50,000. Of course, your account
can be opened for any amount of $5,000 or more . . . no special - even - figure is needed. If
you withdraw your money at any time prior to maturity, in accordance with federal regu-
lations, such withdrawn funds will lose 90 days' interest. The amount left on deposit at
Standard Federal, provided it is $5,000 or more, will continue to earn the 6% rate. As you
can see, Check-A-Month Certificate Accounts pay a handsome return—and, without dis
turbing so much as a dollar of your original deposit. Check-A-Month Certificate Accounts
from Standard Federal Savings. Another example of Standard Federal Savings, trying to
make life a little easier for you.
