WASHINGTON—The Bnai
Brith Philatelic Service is
offering three first-day cov-
ers of six Israeli stamps re-
produced from Marc Cha-
gall's stained-glass windows
of the 12 tribes of Israel.
Each cover, postmarked
March 27, carries two of the
IL 1 stamps. The second ser-
ies, to be printed next year,
will complete the set of re-
productions of the windows
Chagall designed for the Ha-
dassah - Hebrew University
Medical Center in Jerusalem.
