REHOVOT — Continuing
development of a recharge-

of the new Louis L. and
Anita M. Perlman Wing of
the Weizmann -Institute's

The pacemaker's battery,
which is being implanted ex-

designed to be recharged
once every six months with-

tients and has an anticipated
lifespan of some 20 years.
Pacemakers currently in use
must be replaced approxi-
