Dropsie Joins Jewish Agency
for Summer Program in Israel

PHILADELPHIA — In a
major effort to strengthen
scholarly ties with Israel,
Dropsie University here an-
nounced the availability of
full scholarships for a limited
number of new students to
take a two-month summer
program of study in Israel.
Dr. Abraham I. Katsh,
president of Dropsie, said the
program will be sponsored
jointly by the Jewish Agency
and the university's Joseph
and Sally Randleman Com-
ssaamications Center. The in-
tensive summer program,
said Dr. Katsh, will help en-
courage outstanding students

viet Union recently sent two

from reliable sources.
