the field of human relations"
will be presented by Maurice
M. Stewart, president of the
Temple Israel Brotherhood.
Born in Detroit and
a
graduate of the Wayne State
University's school of law,
Dr. Gullen has been with
Wayne State since 1966. He
was vice president of uni-
versity relations at WSU be-
fore being named acting
president of Wayne State in
July 1971. He has been
president of the university
since last April.

College in London where he

for the many children's re-
habilitation projects in Israel
funded by the Mizrachi Wo-
