Israel Urged to Create Building Insurance to Pro
tect Immigrants
NEW YORK (JTA)—The
chairman of the Zionist
Organization of America's
national aliya committee urg-
ed that the Israel govern-
ment establish a building in-
surance program to prevent
unscrupulous builders in Is-
rael from failing to complete
private housing they contract
for new immigrants.
