forensic expert said he had

skeleton of Martin Bormann,
Hitler's aide.
The expert, Dr. Hans Jur-
gen Spengler of the Berlin
Forensic Institute, said that
Bormann died in Berlin at
the end of the war as
Russian troops closed in on
the city.
Dr.
Spengler
said he

identified through a long
series of tests two skeletons,

(one believed to be Bor-
mann's) unearthed last De-
cember. lie determined the
other skeleton to be that of
Hitler's physician, Dr. Lud-
wig Stumpfegger.

areas.
Pressure groups tend to
overlook the unique needs of
such ethnic and religious
groups as the Jewish com-
munity, Lerner said. Ile add.
ed that Jews are not consid-
ered a minority group even
though there 'are noticeable
pockets of poverty within the
Jewish community.
The unique sectarian nature
of the Jewish agencies is
threatened by the insistance
that they redirect their serv-
ices to other client groups,
said Lerner.
At the same time, he cited
increased pressure by cent-
ral funding bodies for the
sectarian agencies to give

some of their services over to

the nonsectarian agencies.
Formation of the associa-
tion represents a major new

trend in Jewish family and
children's agencies, - Lerner
said. Its leaders hope to

make local Jewish family and

children's agencies, Lerner
strument to help identify and

solve problems confronting
Jewish families and to inter-
pret their needs and con-
cerns to the Jewish general
communities.
The association will speak
on behalf of the Jewish fam-
ily agencies before: public
family, child care and social
welfare organizations:and in-

stitutions.
It was formed at the ,last

National Conference of Jew-
ish Communal Servile, and
bylaws were adopted; at the
general assembly of the
Council of Jewish :Federa-
tions and Welfare Funds.
Officers also were elected at
that time.
The JFCS hoard of direc-
tors has affiliated with the
association. To publicize its

goals, Sillman has called a
meeting of the public rela-
tions committee in New
York Feb. 7.
