German Denounces
Arab Terrorists

BONN (JTA)--Heinz Ruh-
nau, Hamburg senator on in-
ternal affairs, said that "No
German can stand by a sec-
ond time and watch millions
of Jews be exterminated, for
this is the aim of terrorists
led by Libya, Syria and part
of Egypt."
Ruhnau, addressing the
German-Israeli Society in
Bonn, assailed the Arab
states for their threatening
policies toward Israel and for
harboring terrorists. "I can-
not agree that anti-Zionism.
in its effects, is any different
from anti-Semitism," he de-
clared.
