Milton Meretsky Chairs Windsor WA Charles Zalev, president of the Windsor Jewish Commu- nity Council, announced that Milton C. Meretsky will be chairman of the 1973 United Jewish Appeal Campaign. Serving as associate chair- men are Dr. Bernard Lyons and Will:am Silver Meretsky. son of the late Simon and Nellie Meretsky. is a native of Windsor and the product of local schools.
