sented jointly to Detroit's Jewish Welfare Federation and
the Jewish Community Council at the recent Council of
Jewish Federations general assembly in Toronto are
Hubert J. Sidlow (left), council president, and George M.
Zeltzer, Federation treasurer and former chairman of the
JWF education division. With them is competition com-
mittee chairman Nat Kameny. The two local agencies
received special recognition for the film "Welcome Our
Brothers," which chronicled the immigration and absorp-
tion process of a Russian immigrant family into the
Detroit community. The film, which has been shown on
Channel. 2, is available for group showings through the
Jewish Community Council.
