The teachers ratified an
agreement at a meeting on
Sunday and the Bnai David
congregational board ap-
proved it at a regular meet-
ing Tuesday evening.
Donald Nitzkin, chairman
of the Bnai David education
committee, expressed satis-
faction over the decisions ar-
rived at and expressed con-
fidence there will be pro-
gressive continuation of the
synagogue's educational ser-
vices.

up in the name of Msgr.
Kern will be in the form of
a perpetual endowment, with
the income from it being
used to cover the cost of a
large number of scholar-
ships.
