readily attest to an excep-
tional new experience in fine
delectable dining . . . Cold
salad a la Peking had an
unusually good taste, with
its highly nutritional low-
calorie combination of fresh
cucumber, white agar-agar
and shredded chicken sau-
teed with soy sauce; sesame
seed oil and spices . . .
Peking House certainly can-
not be guilty of newness
"bugs" - . . the food and
service are excellent attri-
butes that come from long
successful experience . .
Atlantic Gardens and Lim's
on W. Seven Mile and Monica
are names familiar with
goodness and quality - .
And so the wheel of life
turns as today, 70-year-old
semi-retired father Chew
Lim assists as maitre d' for
Peking House manager How-
ard Lew . - and owner Dr.
Lim . . . the son who helped
him 30 years ago at the At-
lantic Gardens on Linwood.
