Federation Women's Division to Hear Dr. Jick at Institute Nov. 29
Prof. Leon A. Jick, direc-
tor of the newly formed In-
stitute for Jewish Life, will
be the principal speaker at
the 26th annual institute of
the women's division of the
Jewish Welfare Federation,
to be held at the Jewish
Center 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Nov. 29, according to the in-
stitute chairman, Mrs. Shel-
don D. Stern.
Jick, who addressed the
general assembly of the
CJFWF (Council of Jewish
Federations and Welfare
Funds) in Toronto recently,
will speak twice during the
day's sessions. In the morn-
ing he will focus on the
quality of Jewish life in
America and he will be
joined by a panel of local
