cornerstone dedication for

citizens housing develo p-
ment — a $4,000,000, 190-
apartment development —
was held here Sunday.
Mayor Erastus Corning III,
Congressman Samuel Strat-
ton, representatives of the
Department of Housing and
Urban Affairs and Bnai
Brith officials joined in cere-
monies.
The nonprofit, nonsectari-

occupancy next fall at rents
ranging from $114 to $129.

County Blood Center
Is Now in Southfield

The Michigan Community
Blood Center announced the
relocation of its Oakland
County facility this week.
The new Blood Center will
be located in the Oxford Pro-
fessional Building at 17040
W. 12 Mile, Southfield (559-
6490). The present MCBC
office in Lathrup Village will
be closed.
Uri Katz, MCBC managing
director, said the move was
undertaken for the conven-
ience of volunteer donors in
Oakland County. There will
be ample parking and larger
quarters.

the Knights of Charity din-
ner of Maryglade College at
the Raleigh House, Saturday

American Society for Tech-

Technion's 50th anniversary
at its 27th annual dinner 6
p.m. Nov. 26 at Cong.

Sam Rich, past president
of the Detroit Chapter, a
member of the national
board of directors and chair-
man of Technion's Golden
Jubilee, will present high-
lights of Technion's 50 years
of achievement and announce
plans for the jubilee celebra-
tion.

nion's founders and leaders,
