The shop is run by two young women, Barbara Taylor and Nancy Kasle. • Andre Scaglione of ANDRE SALON, 13725 W. Nine Mile, Oak Park, has returned from London and Paris with new hair lines and techniques. Scaglione visited the famous salons in both cities and said that, from a health point of v i e w, regular conditioning treatments are most impor- tant.
