At a recent board meeting. Mrs.
Phillip Rader was installed as the
new president of the Detroit
women's division of American
Jewish Congress. Mrs. Rader has
been active in American Jewish
Congress for a number of years.
The installing officer was Mrs.
George Rubin, who again will
serve as executive vice presicent.
Others named to the new executive
board by Mrs. Rader were: Mes-
dames Herbert Fealk and Theo-
dore Rosen, vice presidents; Isa-
dore Jackel, secretary; and Sam
Pollack. treasurer.

Milton Schwartz. was honored by
