Scholars to Propose Model Law on Right to Leave Any Country NEW YORK—The Jacob Blau- stein Institute for the Advance- ment of Human Rights has joined with the faculty of law of the University of Uppsala, Sweden. and the International Institute of Human Rights (Foundation Rene ('assin), in sponsoring a three-day international colloquium on the right of an individual to leave any country, including his own, perma- nently or temporarily. The colloquium will take place at the University of Uppsala June 19- 21. Leading legal scholars, inter- national officials, and representa- tives of universities and of govern- mental and non-governmental or- ganizatiens are expected.
