David Rosen to Head American Association on Mental Deficiency David Rosen, superintendent of the Macomb-Oakland Mental Re- tardation Center, has been named president-elect of the 8,000 mem- ber American Association on Men- tal Deficiency. The announcement was made by outgoing AAMD President Robert Erdman at the association's annual meeting in Minneapolis.
