eration Apartments. A buddy sys-
tem encourages each tenant to
keep an eye out for his friend.

with both talkers and lookers. It
is said—although this came as a
pleasant surprise to Jackier—that
elderly residents of nearby North-
gate Apartments have their cl.ii-
dren drive them over to Federation
Apartments so they can sit in the
lobby. "Roy-girl stuff" is not un•
common, and Jackier said he has
heard of a few marriages.
Once the grounds are landscaped
and benches pros ided. he hopes the
residents will be able to sit out-
doors in the summer.
