Age 10, Grade 6

On May 2. the elementary Heb-
rew- classes celebrated Lag b'Omer
by going on an outing to Lola Val-
ley. Games were played and lunch
was eaten in the park. The classes
were accompained by Rabbis
Aaron Davidson, Jerry Godfrey.
Albert Sitherberg and Shaiall
Zachariash. Mrs. Leichtman and
Mrs. Zachariar.h accompained the
kindergarten and first graders.
Grades 7 through 9 went to
Kensington Park. They played
baseball and roasted hot dogs. They
were accompained by Rabbis Eli
Finkelstein, A. A. Friedman.
Shnieel Kaufman. Beret Moskowitz
and George Weiss.

The bulletin hoard for the month
of Mav has been prepared by Mrs
Mary Patvna's first erade class and
Mrs. Shirley Norton's second grad-
ers. It is an exciting circus motif.
Each child chose an animal he
would like to be and wrote a short
paragraph explaining why he selec.
ted that particular animal. Many
of the upper grade students have
remarked about the beautiful hand-
writing of these younger children,
and everyone loves the happy gi-
raffe who is peeking around the
corner.

Mrs Barbara Fisher's class has
published the "Fifth Grade Chron-
icle". The editor-in-chief is Richard
