Congress Urged to Increase Its Aid to Israel to Help Ab sorb Soviet Jews

Committee diclosed that it has
appealed to the Senate Foreign Re-
lations Committee and the House
Foreign Affairs Committee to ap-
prose a grant-in-aid to help Israel
absorb Jewish refugees from the
Soviet Union in an amount greater
than the $50.000,000 recently pro ;
posed by the State Department.
